DG Punjab Rangers visits front line bunkers along Sialkot Working Boundary

SIALKOT, Jul 20:  Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Major General Umar Farooq Burki visited the front line bunkers along the Sialkot Working Boundary here on Eid Day and met the Punjab Rangers Jawans.
Earlier, the local commanders of the Punjab Rangers gave briefing to the DG Punjab Rangers about the recent Indian aggression and hostilities on Sialkot border villages, which killed three innocent civilians besides injuring five persons including two women a day before the Eid.
The DG also reviewed in detail the prevailing security situation at the Sialkot Working Boundary. During his visit to the forward locations along the Sialkot Working Boundary, he said the entire nation stands united along with the armed forces of Pakistan while defending the motherland.
Talking to Punjab Rangers Jawans, he highly appreciated their high state of morale, spirits, resilience, professional skills and operational preparedness on frontline. He also expressed solidarity with the affected villagers, besides paying rich tributes to their resilience and spirits.
