Seven die in road accident near DG Khan

DERAGHAZIKHAN: - Rescue workers seen busy in their work after passenger bus overturned at a turn on Qamber Bridge on Indus Highway. 7 persons including 4 children were killed and 37 sustained injuries in the accident of the bus which was going to Karachi from Boner.

DG KHAN, Aug 9: At least seven people were killed and 30 others injured on Sunday when a bus turned turtle at Qamber Pul near D G Khan.
According to police, the bus was on the way from Karachi to Peshawar, when it went out of control of the driver while negotiating a sharp turn.
According to Rescue 1122, the injured were rushed to District Headquarters Hospital D.G. Khan and Nishtar Hospital Multan.
The deceased were identified as Ahmed Din, Albaira, Alwaira, Javeria, Shayaan, Muhammad Shair and Nasir Khan.
Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has expressed sorrow directed the local administration to provide medical facilities to the injured.
