3 kidnapees recovered and kidnappers arrested after seven years

SHIKARPUR, Mar 13: SSP Shikarpur Zeeshan Siddiqiui and ASP Shikarpur Muhammad Kaleem, on Monday,

informed the journalists during a joint press conference held at Lakhi-dar Police Station that SHO Rustam Police Station Ali Baig, following on spy information, carried out a raid at village Habib Atrani Jatoi and recovered three women including Mst Rani, Mst Khaliqi, Mst Zulikhan and a minor boy named Qasim Jatoi, who were kidnapped in 2000, residence of outskirts of Rustam, in the limits of Rustam Police Station and arrested three accused Muhammad, Allah Warrayo and Jamal all of by caste Kosh Jatoi and recovered illegal weapons from their possession, SSP said.
SSP further said that, in 2000, complainant named Ghous Bakhsh Jatoi was registered an FIR against Jamal, Muhammad, Aamir, Sajhan all of Jatoi for committing murders of Abdul Ghaffor and Abdul Rehman, injuring Salar Shar and kidnapping three women and a minor boy, SSP said.
After passage of seven years, Rustam Police recovered all the kidnappees and arrested kidnappers while women would be produced before District and Sessions Court for further orders.
An FIR No: 13/2017 under section 324, 353, 147, 148, 149, 427, PPC has been registered at Rustam Police Station, on the behalf of the state. Besides, SHO Lakhi dar Police Station, Mukhtiar Soomro, has recovered 18 mobile phones seats and Rs14000 cash and arrested two thieves named Ali Gohar, Muhammad Sharif Baloch and handed over all the mobile seats to owner of the Shop namely Eijaz Ahmed Kandhro, SSP Said.
It should be mentioned here that a few unidentified thieves broke the roof of the mobile shop and stole 18 mobile phone seats and cash from the mobile shop, a week ago, ASP Muhammad Kaleem said.
A case has been registered against them at concerned police station, said ASP Muhammad Kaleem.
SHO Mukhtiar Soomro, SHO Ali Baig and other officials were flanked on the occasion.
