The ad was startlingly taken down the next morning, within 24 hours.
Pepsi’s ad campaign miserably failed and backfired as it received immense condemnation from people worldwide.
Pepsi attempted to highpoint the Black lives matter movement but was hyped to be extremely useless. The idea of the ad suggested that the ruthless attitude of the police forces can be tackled with a can of Pepsi, which absolutely made no sense.
